Terms of service

This draft sets out the terms on which Loudlark is offered. Nothing here is in force until it is reviewed, completed and published as final.

Draft Draft. This text has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not in force. It describes how the service is designed to work.

Loudlark finds people who are asking for a product like yours, drafts marketing work for you to approve, and measures which actions brought signups. The free Growth Scan is available without an account. While the live scan is being connected, it returns a labelled sample report.

You create a workspace with your email address and sign in with a link we email you; there is no password. The terms for accounts, members and roles are to be added.

The scan reads public pages. Whether scanning other people's sites is limited, and how, is to be added.

You review what we draft. You are responsible for what you publish, and for following the rules of each community and platform you publish on.

We never post to Reddit, Hacker News or Indie Hackers for you. You post each reply yourself.

Plans are priced in US dollars per month, with no credits. How billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds work is to be added.

Loudlark is provided as it is described on this site. Warranties, limits of liability and service levels are to be added after review.

How we change these terms, and which law governs them, is to be added.

  • The legal entity and the governing law.
  • The rule for scanning other people's sites.
  • Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds.
  • Warranties, limits of liability and service levels.
  • Review by counsel.
